Inspect Your Order Promptly
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours using our Contact Us form or by emailing hello@glombee.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photos and/or a short video showing the issue
Our Product Coverage
All eligible items are protected against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. This applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If a specific product includes an extended coverage period, it will be clearly listed in the Specifications section on that product’s page.
What’s Not Covered
Coverage does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.) not affecting product function
